Operation Noah Service held which included sending a petition to the Prime Minister consisting of origami arks. (June 2009)

Eco Congregation display at the Diocese of Llandaff Festival, showing what we had done and suggestions for more things. This included getting more people to make the origami arks and sending them to the Prime Minister. (Sept 2009)

Chocolate intercessions during the Sunday service, giving people some fairtrade chocolate and instructing them to keep the wrapper as a reminder to buy fairtrade.

Stand Up for Poverty, the congregation made a pledge to stand up against poverty, the numbers taking part were  sent to the Guiness Book of Records. (October 2008)

Sunday intercessions include prayers for the care of God's creation. These are a permanent part of our worship. These include CEL prayers. (ongoing)

Harvest Festival service linked to Water Aid, highlighting the issue of the need for clean water. (October 2009)

Freedom Feast an ecumenical event hosted at St Luke's which included a talk by an asylum seeker. (November 2009)

Harvest Festival linked with our third Malawi Rice Challenge. This is the challenge to sell 90kg of rice, supplied in 1kg bags, which is sufficient for a farmer to send a child to school for a year. (October 2010)

Tearfund One Voice Prayer Launch, paper stars are given to the congregation to enable them to bring their intercessions to the Sunday service. (February/May 2011)

Day of Prayer for Climate Change service during the afternoon various readings and comments about climate change were read with silence between them. (October 2009)

The Energy of Creation and Salvation sketch used within the sermon. (May 2009)

Sermon requested the congregation to all complete '1 thing I will do to help the environment'. This was to be in addition to that which they were already doing, this was written down twice, one was offered to God, the other taken home as a reminder. (2010)
